Intro Somatic Exploration Session
A virtual offering to explore the terrain of learning your body, your felt sense, and your somatic experience in relation to current challenges in your life while receiving intuitive guidance.
This virtual session is a powerful entry point into somatic healing with me—whether you’re just beginning or already deep on your path. With intuitive reflection and compassionate presence, we’ll explore how your body holds the imprints of your past—patterns that unconsciously shape your relationships, reactions, and sense of self. You’ll gain meaningful insight into why you feel what you feel, explore your body’s language, learn tools to support your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s signals. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, clear, and emotionally resourced—rooted
in a deeper sense of self-trust and regulation.
All sessions draw from body-based trauma resolution therapies that take a bottom-up, nervous system first approach to healing. Informed by Polyvagal Theory, PsychoNeuroEnergetics, Somatic Parts Work (Internal Family Systems), inner child integration, intuitive energy work, yoga, and hands-on somatic touch work—woven together through a deeply intuitive, heart-centered approach. Where spirituality, meets practicality—we create space where the body feels safe to soften, express, and rewire so lasting transformation can root from the inside out.

It depends on what you are looking for! It is a great place to start if you’re brand new, curious, and don’t want full commitment to long term support just yet. This work is generally a lot more impactful with longer term support, so that’s highly recommended if you are seeking sustained healing. However, the intro session offer will give you a taste of the work, give you greater touch points of how to connect with your body, and support you with finding deeper insight into yourself.
Somatic work is the embodied language that connects with our nervous system. It really is the most impactful and integrative way we can heal, because when we tune into what we feel in our bodies we start to access repressed, unconscious memories and suppressed emotions from traumatic imprints throughout our lifetime. These imprints are frozen in our nervous system, and impact our ability to self regulate. Somatic Healing masterfully works to discharge these experiences from our nervous system in a safe way so that we can feel grounded, clear, and capable in our day to day lives. When we heal on the bodily level, we shift from surviving to thriving.
One thing I have learned in my life and with current clients is that the investment we make in our own healing and truly bettering ourselves pays back in every way possible. When we say yes to ourselves, we send a signal out (or a frequency, if you will) that says ‘YES’ I’m ready for this change. It opens up a channel for us to receive in practical ways (more money, aligned jobs or opportunities, new healthy partnerships, etc) and it shows us we are committed to ourselves, anchoring us into deeper self love and higher self worth. This is key for calling in the life and version of ourselves we are truly desiring.
